Job Description
Key Way Medical is seeking a qualified Business Management Associate to assist in a wide range of business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various departments. While experience in the medical field is a plus, it is not required. Experience in digital marketing and social media management (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents
- Follow established business processes to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Collaborate with teams including sales, customer service, and logistics to support seamless workflow
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining internal reports
- Help manage customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus
- Previous experience in the medical equipment or technology sector is preferred but not required
