Our warranty includes: 3-Year Warranty on the Frame: Covers any manufacturing defects in the bed’s structure; 1-Year Warranty on the Motor and Batteries: Protects against defects in electrical components.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any use not outlined in the user manual.
